There are 4 standard Keg sizes that are most commonly distributed: Full Keg / Half Barrel (Most Common), Quarter barrel (Pony Keg), and the European Standard sizes (50L and 30L). Here are sizing details for each size:

Full Keg: Contains 15.5 Gallons of beer or ~59 Liters. This equates out to be roughly 144 Pints of beer (assuming 1" head).
Pony Keg: Contains 7.75 Gallons of beer or ~29 Liters. This equates out to be roughly 70 Pints of beer (assuming 1" head).
50 Liters (Euro): Contains 13.2 Gallons or 50 Liters. This equates out to be ~120 Pints (assuming a 1" head).
30 Liters (Euro): Contains 13.2 Gallons or 50 Liters. This equates out to be ~120 Pints (assuming a 1" head).
Mini Keg: Unknown size/shape. Best not to risk it...just to get a normal keg...
